Shipping and delivery

Digital and physical products are handled differently. Please check the product type and delivery address before confirming your order.

Digital products

Digital PDF files do not require physical shipping and do not incur delivery charges. Secure access to the file is provided when the personalisation is ready.

Personalised physical products

Posters and framed posters are made to order by our printing provider. Production begins after payment has been received and the personalisation details supplied have been validated.

Shipping rates

Physical shipping costs depend on the destination, product size and finish. Available options and the exact amount are shown before payment is confirmed. Digital products do not incur shipping charges.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination, chosen format and production capacity. The available estimate will be shown during checkout or in transactional order communications. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, carrier disruptions or customs checks.

Tracking

Where the carrier provides tracking, the relevant information will be sent through the transactional order communications.

Address and order details

The customer is responsible for checking the name, birth details, format and delivery address before confirming the order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately through the contact page. Once production has started, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel the order.

Customs and import

International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties or import procedures under the rules of the destination country. Any amount not expressly included at checkout will be governed by the relevant authorities and carrier.

Delivery issues

If the parcel arrives damaged, does not arrive or its contents do not match the order, use the contact page and include the order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and apply the appropriate solution under consumer law and our Returns and Refunds Policy.
