Astralmusic Privacy Policy
Effective date: 17 October 2026. This policy applies to the Astralmusic Android music player, package com.astralmusic.app. The developer is Enrique Eduardo Gallardo Queizan, using the Google Play developer name Astralmotors. Contact: support@astralchartfactory.com.
Your music stays on your device
Astralmusic plays audio that you make available on your Android device. The app has no Internet permission, developer-operated server, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or account system. It does not upload your music, album artwork, library, listening history, playlists or favourites.
Audio access and album artwork
You can allow Android audio-library access to browse songs, albums, artists and folders, or use the Android file picker to open individual audio files. The app reads audio metadata and available local or embedded album artwork to display your library. It does not fetch covers from online services. Files you select through a cloud-backed Android file provider are handled by that provider under its own terms; Astralmusic receives only the file access that you grant.
Local settings and retention
Language, playlists, favourites, queue and playback settings are stored in private app storage. Album-art thumbnails may be cached locally. Android backup of app data is disabled. Clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall it to remove its private data. Audio files stored outside the app remain on your device. The player does not modify or delete your original music files. Removing a playlist or favourite removes the local reference, not the audio file.
Background playback and controls
A media-playback foreground service keeps user-started audio playing when the app is in the background. Android media controls may display the current title, artist and artwork on the notification panel, lock screen or connected playback controls. The equalizer uses Android audio effects when supported by your device. The sleep timer pauses playback after the selected interval. You can stop playback through the player or Android media controls.
Google Play and support
Google Play separately handles app purchases, distribution, signing and security under its own terms and privacy policy. Astralmusic does not receive your full payment-card information. If you voluntarily email support, your email provider sends us the information you include. We use those messages to answer your request and retain them only as necessary for support and applicable obligations. Do not send passwords, private recordings or unnecessary personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can deny or revoke audio-library access in Android settings and use the file picker instead. You can remove local playlists and favourites or clear app storage. We do not hold an online account or uploaded music library for you. For access, correction, deletion or other rights relating to personal information you voluntarily send to our support address, contact us there. Support processing is based on responding to your request and our legitimate interest in resolving issues, subject to applicable law. You may also contact your competent data-protection authority. Requests concerning information independently held by Google or a file provider should be directed to that provider.
Audience and changes
The app is offered to adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We will revise this policy and its effective date if the app's data practices change.
